The guy who fix phones can only fix phones. He guaranteed me he could fix my laptop kept it 3 weeks longer than he should have he never gave me any updates unless I called. It went from he ordered the wrong part so he had to send it back and waiting on the rite part. Then he said he'll send me a tracking number. I never received the tracking number. Then he said at 1:30pm the part might be sitting next to him in a box. How do you not know if you have my part or not by 1:30pm. Especially if it's sitting next to you. so I told him I'll just come and pick it up. worse experience ever. All it needed was a screen. He needs to be more professional and better with communication.Only reason i went to him is because my guy Referred me to him. He has never dont work for me before. And never will.
