This guy ! lol plays u and blames it on his brother that he doesn’t have, we dropped off our brand new iPad to get unlocked and at pick up they said “there was no note on it so we thought it was given to us to recycle” ENDED UP SELLING MY LCD TO SOMEONE INSTEAD ! now I have to hope that they won’t give me some bootleg screen over my ORIGINAL APPLE MANUFACTURED SCREEN !!!!!!This is insane and instead of showing up with the police we hope they do the right thing tomorrow and save them selves from BBB AND THE STATE !Responding to the comment below :This is my 11 yo daughters I pad kids change the passcode and forget ! , if I came into your business why wouldn’t you issue a receipt ? And what does me going out of town have to do with anything, 2 weeks or not u took the iPad and say you could service me . All the lies and excuses not adding up buddy calling ur customers liars doesn’t work , I see I’m not the only one who gets played by you but you have the wrong one we have the ability to get you shut down but we are choosing not to , good business would have brought u a lot more $$$ and clientele
